All of our items are carefully packaged with impact resistant wrapping, and sent by recorded delivery.

Postage/insurance and packing is at cost. Loss or damage in transit should be referred to the carrier by the buyer. We aim to post within 24 hours of receipt of payment confirmation.

We ship to the EU and USA.

At this time, we accept bankers draft, personal cheques and postal orders - these should be made out to 'JadeOcean'. We can now accept Paypal to 'sales@jadeocean.co.uk - please add 4% to cover their charges.
